I Had A Stroke Several Years Ago And Now I

I had a stroke several years ago and now I have been told I have a duplicated left middle cerebral artery. I was also told I have microvascular ischemic changes within the supratentorial white matter. What does this mean and does it have anything to do with a stroke?
