I Had A Sty On My Lower Left Eyelid. The

I had a sty on my lower left eyelid. The next week I got one in the inside corner net of my right eye. I am using erythromycin and it is getting better but I noticed a lump on the left side of my throat next to my esophagus. It is not tender at all but scares me. Is this normal?
