I Had A Subingunial Bilateral Varicocelectomy Done 5 Months Ago.

I had a subingunial bilateral varicocelectomy done 5 months ago. Everything seems to have went well except for a couple of things. The two or three things that I didn't expect from this surgery is that I can still fell stiffness from what I'm guessing is clotted veins that were tied off. I read that this stiffness can go away after as long as 6 months but it's almost 6 months and they seem to have no sign of dissipating. Also my left testicle which had the grade III varicocele seems to have not fully descended as much as my right testicle which had the grade I varicocele. Are both of these post surgery symptoms normal and how long until they go away?
