I Had A Subtotal Hematoma Over 8 Years Ago And

I had a subtotal hematoma over 8 years ago and did not require surgery. Some hearing loss and tinnitus is what I was left with and told it was trauma and the tinnitus would go away , I still have it. Now experiencing some pressure from time to time on the right side of my head. Is this a long term effect of a brain injury?
