I Had A Sudden Brain Bleed 14 Years Ago, I

I had a sudden Brain Bleed 14 years ago, I was only 20 years old. My left side is partially paralyzed, my left arm/hand no longer work & are extremely tight, I had to have a large part of my brain removed. I developed severe scoliosis, the swelling in my brain never seemed to go away & suffer from bad pressure headaches, I have also suffered from Migraine Headaches since I was 7 years old. I have also been diagnosed with Thoracic Adhesive Arachnoiditis, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Neuropathy, and the list goes on. Doctors have told me I'm the "unusual, uncommonly rare" case & don't know how to treat me. I have been taking high doses of opioid pain medication the past 14 years and have developed a very high tolerance and was on about 860mg of pain medication until recently my doctor decided to all of a sudden go way down cutting me down over 700mg on my medication leaving me in unbearable pain!! I don't know what to do, he is the only doctor where I live that prescribes opioid pain medication. Please help me!
