I Had A Sudden But Quick Pain In The Chest

I had a sudden but quick pain in the chest followed by a brief pins and needle sensation in my left arm. Over the next two hours, my left arm has made me feel very uncomfortable, I have bouts of shakes, sensations in the chest that don't hurt, but are worrying me. Is the problem serious, or is it s nothing to worry about?
