I Had A Sudden Change In Seminal Fluid. I Am

I had a sudden change in seminal fluid. I am 54 and in good health. The week before I noticed it, I helped in a demolition of a house and did a week of hard work. I think I pulled something in my groin. My seminal fluid is now brownish and watery instead of thick and milky. It has been a week and the pain is gone, and there have been no other symptoms. I read a lot and seem to gather that this might be nothing to worry about. Do I need to be alarmed?
