I Had A Sudden High Blood Pressure Situation. 219/104. Was

I had a sudden high blood pressure situation. 219/104. Was put on medication. After two months on Lisinopril my BP is never over 112/73 and sometimes as low as 80/53. I have cut it down to 2 mg every two days and it is still very low. Now I have gone five days with no medicine and it is still 100/70. I don't know whether I have high BP or not and if the medication is only worsening my situation.
