I Had A Sudden Onset Of Cramping And Bloody Watery

I had a sudden onset of cramping and bloody watery diarrhea. I am 54, generally healthy active person, not overweight. I had eaten some deer jerky the day before, but nothing else unusual. I felt gassy the next morning and rapidly degenerated to a curled up ball on the couch. I went to urgent care the the test came out positive for fecal lactoferrin. They gave me some type of antibiotic and told me to get immonium, It's been 24 hrs and am still not feeling good. Should I be concerned and seek further testing or just wait and see?
