I Had A Sudden Onset Of Swirling In My Head

I had a sudden onset of swirling in my head everything I saw appeared to be swirling while feeling a sensation on left side of brain. May have even passed out at wheel for a brief second. Total episode around 1 minute. After broke out in sweat. Normal BP 120/70. When p/u by ambulance, B/P 142/. No previous history. Otherwise healthy 47 female. Took a bad blow to the head 6 days ago, had a CAT day after said normal. At e.r., only interested in heart. I really feel like my head needed exam.
