I Had A Sudden Severe Pain In My Left Foot.

I had a sudden severe pain in my left foot. Pain in the arch radiating around the top of the foot. The pain kept me from being able to put any weight on it. The pain has abated a bit but the foot is still sore and I am not able to put all my weight on it. No swelling or redness.
