I Had A Sudden Urge To Go To The Bathroom

I had a sudden urge to go to the bathroom a mild cramp I wasn't able to get there in time. It was s fowl smelling bright orange red mucus small amount of stool it was a large amount. Having gas and it smells fowl just as the mucus stool did. I do have IBS and divoticlosis could it be from this? I have never experienced this before. No temp feel weak.
