I Had A Surgical Abortion A Little Over Three Weeks

I had a surgical abortion a little over three weeks ago. I went to my 2 week checkup and he just felt my uterus and was with me for about 45 seconds, said uterus was right size and pregnancy test was negative. I just started having sex again with the hubby and it is incredibly painful when he hits my cervix. It's also sore if I press down on my belly or if a clench muscles while sitting to pee. Is this normal? Could it be an infection? I don't have Healthcare so it's difficult for me to go to the doc unless it's absolutely necessary
