I Had A Surgical Abortion On June 5th Of This

I had a surgical abortion on June 5th of this year. I didn't bleed right away I started bleeding on the 7th. I haven't stop bleeding at all. When I had the abortion I was only 6 weeks along. I was told to schedule a follow up appt. I came back 4 weeks after my pocedure and I was given an ultrasound and urine test. I was told that my urine test still was showing up positive but the ultrasound showed an empty uterus. The nurse informed that my urine test should show negative any day now. Here's the thing it has been almost 8weeks since my procedure I'm still spotting. What should I do? It feels like I wanna start my period but nothing.
