I Had A Swollen Lymph Node On The Left Side

I had a swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck. I got it removed and was sent to biopsy. The report says a probable tb etiology. No I was tested for tb: esr, cbp, mountox, tb quantiferon. Reports are yet to come. Is lymph node tb curable? Is it contagious? Please suggest me a good diet. BTW I am 22 yo healthy male without any other symptoms.
