I Had A Swollen Red Eyelid And The Doctor Gave

I had a swollen red eyelid and the doctor gave me eyedrop antibiotics and after it got worse, gave me doxycycline and now the eyelid is almost completely better, but I have a funny tender type feeling in my neck and the side of my face on the side where the eye was swollen. It hurts in my neck if I press it. I don't have any other swollen or redness or fever , but my face and neck doesn't feel right. My neck and face hurt a little bit when the eyelid thing started but it seems worse now.
