I Had A Teflon Proplast Implant Back In 1982, Had

I had a teflon proplast implant back in 1982, had it removed and replaced with a rib graft and 7 screws 22 years ago. I now have swelling on that side of my face and limited opening, tingling, spasms, twitching. Could this be a biofilm infection around the screws and if so, what kind of doc do I need to see? It has happened a few times over the years, but goes away after a day or two usually. This time it's been 3 weeks and doesn't seem to be getting better.
