I Had A Temp Last Week For Three Days That

I had a temp last week for three days that was between 100.4 all the way to 103 it lasted three days and didn't break 100.00 and my chest has been hurting well the temp went away but chest continued to hurt and earlier tonight I felt warm and my temp was back and my chest still hurts any ideas what I should do
