I Had A Termination Of Pregnancy Last Year In The

I had a termination of pregnancy last year in the early stage- 1 month. Currently I'm 4 and a half months pregnant but my RH is negative. My doctor said there is nothing to worry about. Is it considered my first pregnancy? Don't I require a shot of RH immunoglobulin? Thank you, Roxana
