I Had A Terrible Bout Of Norovirus, Tested Positive. Went

I had a terrible bout of Norovirus, tested positive. Went to RE with dehydration after having constant diarrhea and vomiting for 5 hours straight. The blood test indicated that my blood glucose was 160. I am not diabetic and had a normal glucose test two years ago. Can the dehydration cause a higher glucose? !y white blood count was up too. Thank you, I've been worried about this.
