I Had A Terrible Hematoma Beginning Two And A Half

I had a terrible hematoma beginning two and a half weeks ago, which seems to be healing now and the bruise is completely gone. However, a raised bumpy rash (no color at all, almost like an allergic reaction) has formed over the EXACT area where the bruise used to be... is this normal??
