I Had A Test For A Test On My Urine

I had a test for a test on my urine this past Friday for a UTI it came back negative. I have had blood in my urine and spotting lower pelvic and lower back pain. The last time I had pain like this was when I had a complete hysterectomy and endometriosis....what would cause this to happen? Can endometriosis grow back
