I Had A Test To Check My Thyroid Function. My

I had a test to check my thyroid function. My TSH was high normal and my T4 was just low. I have been having symptoms. I also take an anti diabetic and an anti depressive. What should I look for except for the regular symptoms. I also have problems with edema which is not being addressed
