I Had A Thyroidectomy For Papillary Thyroid Cancer In2004. After

I had a thyroidectomy for papillary thyroid cancer in2004. After radiation, I used to have swollen lymph nodes and.parotid gland pain and swelling when eating spicy and sour foods....this went away for the last 10 years, and now the nodes in the left side of the neck are swollen and doing the same thing. Should I be worried?
