I Had A Time Of Nausea, Accompanied By Cold Sweats,followed

I had a time of nausea, accompanied by cold sweats,followed by extreme exhaustion. The first 2 symptoms lasted over several hours. The exhaustion lasted over several days. I thought it was a dose of food poisoning, but now I am wondering if this could have been a light heart attack. I am a woman, age 69.
