I Had A Tonsillectomy And Deviated Septum And A Third

I had a tonsillectomy and deviated septum and a third thing I can't remember a year ago and I am having the hardest time with constant mucus in my throat, choking and not being able to swallow plus shortness of breath. this is especially painful and uncomfortable early morning and most all night long. it's constant unless I am eating, drinking or chewing gum.....that's the only time it stops. my ENT suggest 2nd surgery on linear tonsils, hyoid bone and large tongue that is cutting on airway. I am unable to use my CPAP machine and have been since the surgery. Please help.
