I Had A Tooth Extraction In An Upper Molar 3

I had a tooth extraction in an upper molar 3 weeks ago. The root was in my sinus and I have since had two bouts of bacterial antibiotics, my lymph nodes swelled and dry socket. At that time I started to get pulsating tinnitus. It has now become nonstop for 3 days. Is it connected and what do I do to stop it. It's driving me nuts!
