I Had A Tooth Pulled Last Monday. Top Left Molar

I had a tooth pulled last Monday. Top left molar {the one near the wisdom tooth which was pulled many years ago).
My problem is I am still having the same pain that is now pressuring in the sinus area. Should I be concerned with a sinus infection or the pulled tooth area?
