I Had A Tordol And A Celestone Shot Last Monday

I had a tordol and a celestone shot last Monday for pain in my hip joint and knee. I was going to be on my feet at great deal at an event. I was relatively pain free until Saturday night. Can I now take some oral pain med like Meloxicam or Ketoralac or are the shots still in my system. I usually don't take a lot of pain medication.
