I Had A Torn Meniscus In My Right Knee And

I had a torn meniscus in my right knee and had surgery about 6-7 years ago. I have had alot of swelling in that knee and alt of pain on the backside of my knee. I all's have a pretty large bump on the right side of the knee cap. The pain is so bad that it is affecting my feet and it hurts to even stand on it. Please help me because it is putting me in tears it hurts so bad.
