I Had A Torn Meniscus Repair (debridement) 1 Month Ago.

I had a torn meniscus repair (debridement) 1 month ago. I'm doing PT 3x's/wk and I faithfully ice the knee and do the recommended exercises. However, my knee is increasingly locking and now buckling. I also now have pitting edema below the knee but doesn't appear to be DVT related (???) Any input?
