I Had A Total Hysterctomy, Ureter Surgery, Both Ostomies, Vowel

I had a total hysterctomy, ureter surgery, both ostomies, vowel resection, large abdominal mass removed. Very sick and in the hospital for four months. 9 surgeries in total. My last surgerie was 2 years ago this June.
I'm having problems with vowel movements
Either too often or not enough. My stomach feels hard and I have gained about 30 pounds
Is it scar tissue?
