I Had A Total Hysterectomy Around 8 Months Ago. My

I had a total hysterectomy around 8 months ago. My ovaries were left. Around the same time each month I feel discomfort and bloating (I wouldn't describe it as pain) in my lower abdomen. I'm also aware I have a benign cyst on one of my ovaries. Can I please get your opinion in regards to what is causing this discomfort?
