I Had A Total Hysterectomy Overies Removed As Well 12

I had a total hysterectomy overies removed as well 12 yrs ago. 5 years after the hysterectomy i had dark brown to light brown discharge. That happened on four different occasions. 4 months ago i woke up with blood red like a period and amount of a light period on my panties, it came from my vigina. Since then i have been having trouble with my stomach when i eat i get full really fast i bloat get nasuated to the point of dry heaves i feel generalky run down tired. I don't know if the two things are linked or if i am having two separate things just happening at once
