I Had A Total Knee Replacement In October With A

I had a total knee replacement in October with a manipulation surgery in December and the swelling has never decreased. it feels like there is a vice grip around my knee at all times and dr sent me for blood work (all normal) and patch testing which showed immediate allergy to manganese, will I have to have this knee removed?
