I Had A Transplant 6 Yrs Ago And Sept 2015

I had a transplant 6 yrs ago and Sept 2015 I was diagnosed with diverticulitis which made me feel real bad and my creatinine level now is up 2.17 as of today 10/30/2015 and in the past was staying steady at
1.2 to 1.4 very nervous about this please help me well please disregard question I am not going to pay for an answer but thank you
