I Had A Transvaginal Ultrasound Done And They Found A

I had a transvaginal ultrasound done and they found a complex multi septated cyst thats 6cm. I have a history of cancer in my family. What will they do to confirm that it is indeed cancer? I'm going to see another doctor and I'm trying to know what to expect. Will they do an MRI or CT or just remove it and do a biopsy of it? I have another one thats small on my other ovary also
