I Had A Transvaginal Ultrasound Yesterday And I Am Over

I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday and I am over five weeks pregnant and my HCG levels were taken yesterday with the results of 7,374. The doctor didn't see a yolk sac or fetal pole. I am going back for another ultrasound in a few days. Does this mean it may be a blighted ovum?
