I Had A Traumatic Fall On Black Ice, I Was

I had a traumatic fall on black ice, I was told that I strained my groin, I had an xray nothing was broken, I had bruising on the back of my leg on the front side of my knee all of this is on my right side. I am having tingling in my feet and hands now.
