I had a tremendous urge to urinate however I held it for as long as possible I rushed to the men's room at work but felt myself start to go I clamped down on my member to staunch the flow and felt a huge pressure build up and a stinging sensation and shortly after going there some blood in my urine. I have never noticed that before and have not seen any since. There is not visible discharge not irritation when urinating and as I have not been intimate with anyone I know it is not an STD
