I Had A Tubal Done During A C Sec In

I had a tubal done during a c sec in 2010 I have reg periods and I am now almost one month late. My breast and tender and I am moody . I have three kids and store bought test have never worked but I don't want to go in looking like a dork to the doctor. What are the chances I could be pregnant?
