I Had A Tubal Ligation, A Section Of My Tubes

I had a tubal ligation, a section of my tubes was removed, September 2015. I haven't had a period since February 2015. I know this sounds crazy but I have been having pregnacy symptoms. I had a negative urine hpt test in may. Should I be concerned abut preg nancy or is my body jus thinking it's pregnant (false pregnancy). Is it normal not to have a period for that long? Could it cause problems if not addressed...like early menopause?
