I Had A Tubal Ligation Done 5 Years Ago April

I had a tubal ligation done 5 years ago april 28th. I have had fairly normal cycles since I quite nursing my child at 14 months. I would go from 34-36 day cycles. in the past 4-5 months I started having 30-31 day cycles and was right on the money. I have an ap on my phone to help keep track of my cycles and am fairly good about tracking. my last cycle was january 21-28th. I was supposed to start my new cycle February 21st and I have yet to get it. according to my phone ap i am day 40 of my cycle. i am worried i could be pregnant. I have breast tenderness and I could eat a house... I am deathly afraid to take a HPT in fear of 1. being pregnant. 2. not being pregnant. i don't want to get my hopes up at the potential pregnancy and then have complications.
