I Had A Tubal Ligation Done The End Of March.

I had a tubal ligation done the end of March. My first period came a couple weeks later and was a little heavier then usual but nothing too bad. I just started my 2nd period since the surgery and the discharge this time is a brown/red color. Is this normal?
