I Had A Tubal Ligation July 30th After Delivering My

I had a tubal ligation july 30th after delivering my 5th baby in 6 years. I had the normal "monster bleed" for 2 weeks after. Had first regular period 2 weeks after that but was excessive. Had normal period 28 days after and now i am 16 days late with only a clear discharge that is flowing as irratically as a period. Making me feel like i am leaking bloodand it is just clear. Its so much it causes my underwear to become wet. Is this normal?
