I Had A Tubal Litagation In 2008 Have Had Pregnancies

I had a tubal litagation in 2008 have had pregnancies but miscarried since than bu t for the last few months I feel pregnant I pee all the time have heartburn all the time morning sickness and decrease in energy I am also feeling movement in my belly like kicking or a baby moving aro u nd I have had my period so didn't think anything g of it but the movement is getting stronger and more frequent could I be pregnant
