I Had A Tubal Pregnancy Back In 2007,my Dr Had

I had a tubal pregnancy back in 2007,my Dr had to do surgery through my belly button cus it burst inside my right tube and I was bleeding internally. Ever since this has happened I will get a really sharp pain on that right side around where my tube is at and it is so painful that I double over and can not move for about 5-15 mins. My question is what vould be causing this pain this bad ?
