I Had A Tubligation 5 Years Ago. I Was Told

I had a tubligation 5 years ago. I was told the method was with the clips on my tubes not sure if the technical term. My cycle is usually regularly. My last period was July 23rd and since then I have had some light pink spotting here and there. I am falling asleep more frequently at work, at my sons pratice. So I started taking vitamins, didn't help. I keep having a tightening felling in my stomach. No tender breast no nausea. Pregancy is the last thing on my mind I'm hoping I don't have any issues with my ovaries or cervix.
