I Had A Two Drinks On Valentine's Day And Ended

I had a two drinks on valentine's day and ended up puking the entire night...two days later my menstrual started and was only two days long, tonight I had one drink and became ill shortly after, I've been throwing up the last couple of days and and increase in appetite...I've undergone tubal ligation almost three years ago, so I'm not sure what could be happening
