I Had A Type A Aortic Dissection Emergency Repair With

I had a type A Aortic Dissection emergency repair with mechanical valve done 5 years ago and I have had breathing issues ever since. I am an active guy who still exercises so this makes no sense. All of my doctors say it shouldn't have anything to do with the surgery but other people have had the same thing after their surgery. What is causing this
